Project management

To ensure optimal project efficiency, we employ the world-leading PMI PMBOK reference project management framework.

Our experienced project managers seamlessly integrate business imperatives with the latest technologies and methodologies to proactively drive business value delivery. All of them have obtained extensive training in project management practices and techniques at the Carnegie Mellon University.

Reksoft has developed an integrated corporate project management portal that:

  • offers a complete set of collaboration tools for project planning, reporting, issue management, announcements and alerting, document sharing and more
  • provides clients with total operational transparency, visibility and control at all times, with online data availability 24/7

Communication management

We recognize that soft skills are keys to engagement success so communication is emphasized at every organisational level. Our delivery management practices are aligned with the recommendations of the eSourcing Capability Model (eSCM).

A communication channel established at the very start of engagement allows us to identify and address any issues that impact service quality. We take great care in defining roles, responsibilities and escalation channels at both ends for operative and business aspects.

Engineering process management

We tailor each outsourcing engagement to meet our clients’ specific needs, carefully setting up a highly engineered, productive environment. Our range of methodologies and tools, combined with our extensive experience, enable us to realise benefits for our clients quickly and cost-effectively.

We employ a tailored version of RUP (Rational Unified Process) as our main project methodology. Each particular engagement process framework is adjusted to meet specific client requirements. RUP-based project methodology has been in force at Reksoft since 1999.

In 2001, Reksoft adopted an Agile project management methodology. Based on SCRUM and a subset of XP (eXtreme Programming), this methodology is primarily used for enterprise custom application development and for software product engineering scenarios.



With the completion of the first stage we got a unified Web-based platform, which allowed us to continue to develop the site and improve information and convenience for our passengers. Following the development, the system can now perform event marketing and dynamic recommendations. That means our customers learn about information and deals that are relevant to them.
